We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes items are not the same as what your hopes were. Our online return policy lasts two weeks from the date you received your purchase. If two weeks have gone by since your purchase was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you would like to swap out item for a different size, please indicate what size you are needing on a note. You will be responsible for shipping costs to send items back to the store, but we will not charge you for shipping costs to mail the item back to you. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be mailed with return.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items free of charge if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Should you find an item to be defective, please immediately send us an email at with photos of defects. We will then approve of the defect and either replace the item or offer a full refund.
